My name is Natasha and I was born and raised in Jamaica Queens, New York City. At the age of 14, I was pregnant without a stable place for me and my daughter to live. Without guidance I was faced with many challenges yet in my heart, I had a great desire to beat the odds. After staring into the eyes of such a pure and innocent soul my faith grew into a passion to win. As I began to grow into the woman that I am today I’ve decided to share my life story so that it be a gift to others, to teen girls. I pray that teen girls across the world can hear the obstacles of others and are inclined to make better decisions for a more successful life at an ealier age. For the past 15 years I've been leading teams in the corporate space and came to realize that I can use my performance management skills to support teen girls. I am more than certain that my life’s experiences are gifts from God. God has allowed me to live through the darkest of days to bless and support teens along with their families to not only prevent teen pregnancy by bringing awareness but to also provide a community of care through the journey of life.
