Our 8 week certificate program is designed uniquely to ensure a Young Teen Girls can grow into a successful Young Lady.
YGYL girls obtain a certificate of program completion after successfully attending our 8 week virtual Young Girl to Young Lady SWIFT academy. Girl groups asssemble weekly to form accountability groups to accelerate success. Our swift strategy accompanied with a fun curriculum, panel discussions, professional resources and weekly one on one's create an environment that promotes growth.

We know and understand the stresses of parenting. Many households are comprised of different structures and the world is rapidly changing from when we were growing up. Kids aren't riding bikes and jumping double dutch with adult neighbors keeping an eye out for each others children. One thing that hasn't changed is the need for a village to raise a child however in today's society the world has evolved so drastically that old ways of living are a thing of the past. Our children are now subject to not only what they are taught at home or school but what they have access to on the internet. Way to many choices and things that can't be unseen but the least that can be done is ensuring that your teen not only heard the do's and don't of this life from you but from others who care. At YGYL we believe that all girls should have a safe haven to grow, share, learn and be expressive. There are many layers to becoming a Young Lady and it takes the coaching and mentoring from other trusted ladies and or like-minded teens to guide the way.

We currently operate in virtual settings during active seasons, Saturday's from 11-12 cst. One on one growth sessions are by appointment only. No topics are off the table!
