By modeling and promoting the following 6 Pillars of Success For Young Girls, we will strengthen their understanding, equip them with tools, and enrich them by building skillsets that lead to exceptional living and the accomplishment of their most promising dreams.

Life can be totally confusing at times but here at YGYL we do life together. We connect Young Girls and Young Ladies across the globe to share information to help us be succesful. We are a real network that share real stories, listens without judgement and encourage a positive and fulfilled lifestyle. We communicate in a safe space (no parents allowed) and aim to ensure no young girl is left out. At YGYL you can be yourself and also have a cool network of friends always rooting you on. Accountability Girl Groups

Our virtual girl group host scheduled virtual calls where we share stories and discuss topics that will improve basic life skills. Our fellowship is uplifting and generates great vibrations that leave long lasting impressions for the following days to come.

Sex Education

These sessions are intended to encourage safe discussions around maintaining virginity, sexual education, promoting abstinence, and highlighting God’s plan for marriage.

Our sex education classes are hosted by licensed RN's that have the knowledge and skillset to affectively communicate and encourage safe discussions around maintaining virginity, human development, promoting abstinence, and highlighting God’s plan for marriage. Designed activities to recognize and learn how to handle when faced with peer pressure situations. Goal setting on clear health goals for prevention of STDs, HIV and/or pregnancy.

Financial Services

YGYL provides financial literacy so that our young girls can learn healthy money habits, learn how to earn, save and invest for a better lifestyle.

Our financial service program provides financial literacy for our young ladies to learn healthy money habits. While teaching them how to earn, manage, save and invest for a better lifestyle. This ongoing course teaches our young ladies the true value behind a dollar and understanding the importance of maintaining good credit.

Job Prep / Entrepreneur Program

Our Job Prep / Entrepreneur Program allows teenage girls to learn basic professional work etiquette to obtain employment. This program is an 4-week course and includes: Resume writing, interview coaching, leadership training, and team building skills for career development. Our teenage girls will be placed with a “She Coach” in their desired field to guide, mentor and educate them on the career field they are interested in.

Health and Wellness

Good health is our greatest asset, so we’re empowering YG’s to lead healthier lives by building healthier habits. By driving awareness around their health and wellness, we hope to promote healthier lifestyles leading to stronger minds, bodies, and souls. Studies show that health has a direct correlation with the success of an individual, and our YG’s are on a trajectory to success.

1:1 Growth Sessions

YGYL SheCoaches meet with teen girls in a virtual or in person setting to seek out their passions, goals and implement weekly action items. We use a performance management strategy to ensure that each young girls path to success is uniquely designed to fit their specific needs and goals.

After successfully completing YGYL's Swift Program does your teen girl see herself as a leader of Teen Girls? We know that teens learn better from other teens. Your Young Lady can become a certified mentee for YGYL and will reap the followinf benefits:
